The combination of travel services offered to you is a combined trip in accordance with Royal Decree-Law 23/2018, of 21 December, on the transposition of directives on trademarks, rail transport and package travel and related travel services.
Therefore you will enjoy all the rights that apply in the EU framework to package travel. IVERUS VIAJES DE PESCA will be fully responsible for the correct execution of the combined trip as a whole
In addition, as required by the legislation, IVERUS VIAJES DE PESCA is covered by a guarantee to reimburse the payments made and, if the transport is included in the trip, ensure its repatriation in the event of insolvency.
